hereby given that the 48th. Annual General Body Meeting
of Shri Guruvayurappan Bhakta Samaj will be held at 11.00 A.M.
at the Guruvayurappan Temple
Premises, Vashi on
Sunday 28-10-2012 to
transact the following business.
1) To read and confirm
the minutes of the 47th. Annual General Body Meeting
held on Sunday 17 th. day of July 2011.
2) To
Consider and adopt the managing committee report and the
audited statement of accounts of the Samaj for the year
ended 31st. March 2012.
3) To
Appoint auditors for the year 2012-2013 and fix their
remuneration.
4) Election
for President (1) and Nine Managing Committee members.

consider any other matter/Items with
the permission of the chair.
