AN URGENT REQUEST

Dear Member Viewers,

Our Samaj is growing at a very fast pace. Our Patron / Life members  are our pillars of strength, and as we continue to grow we need to know each other well. Hence the first task before us, is to create as many conducive channels as possible, for communication. We are in the process of creating the same, with your kind inputs and updates.

• For those who are fortunate to get an access to the internet, this web site is one such channel.

With the intension to update the member’s records, we had sent a circular on 22^nd September 2003 to all members at the address recorded with us. Unfortunately the response was very poor.

The reasons could be --

• Members may not be residing at the recorded address and may have shifted to a new place.

• Members may be no more with us and attained moksham at the Lord's Feet.

• Members could be out of station during the exercise

Members  are therefore requested to provide  information as detailed below so as to help us to compile and update their profiles.

1.  Membership Number.

2.  Permanent Residence address.

3.  Land line Telephone Number.

4.  Mobile Number

5.  E-Mail address (for faster communication)

6.  Date Of Birth.

7.  Passport size Photograph

8. Any other information that need to be passed on.

In Case Of Members who have Expired- - the Date of Death.

For all further communications, members need to quote their Membership Number against their name.
