It is
hereby notified that election. If required, will be held to
elect the President, (1), members of the Managing
Committee (9) on the Samaj, during the 49th
Annual General Meeting scheduled to be held on Sunday the
28th day of October between 12 Noon and 1 P.M.
The election will be conducted as per Clause 40 & 41 of the
Bye-Laws and election rules of the Samaj. |

INominations are invited from the eligible members for the
position of PRESIDENT (one post) and Managing Committee
Members (nine posts) The terms of the President and the
Managing Committee Member will be for 3 years from 2012-13
to 2014-15 |

3) |
IThe Nomination Forms are
available in the office of the Hon. Secretary of the Samaj
and interested eligible members may collect the same.
The Nomination Forms duly filled in all respects and to be
signed by the candidates. The Nomination Forms should also
be proposed and seconded by any two of the eligible
members of the Samaj. A member can propose and second
only one candidate. The Nomination Form must be
obtained from the Samaj only. The Nomination Form duly
filled in all respects . as per format, shall be
delivered to the Returning Officer at the Regd. Office
of the Samaj, within the period notified and during the
hours fixed by the Returning Officer for receipt of
nominations. The Returning officer shall issue a
receipt duly signed and dated by him |

The
candidate contesting the election should be the existing
member of the Samaj atleast for 2 years. |

5) |
Mr. KP
Rajagopalan and Mr P. Kumaran have been appointed as
Election Officers responsible for smooth conduct of the
election.
